First, we will need to understand what compliancy is. In order to lose weight, you will need to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. That is about 35 to 42 meals per week. Now assuming that the meals are planned well and have all the right macro nutrients, you will need to aim for 90 percent compliancy to see results.
That means for 90 percent of the time you must be eating right. So where does that leave the 10 percent?
A treat meal may be a candy bar or a slice of pizza or something that meets your calorie requirement for the meal but is not exactly healthy.
